From the moment guests enter the Ritz Club’s restaurant through magnificent velvet curtains, they are treated to a wonderful experience that delights all the senses. An immaculately designed interior ensures that the ambience of the restaurant remains classy and sophisticated, as the fragrance of delicious international cuisine wafts through the air.
The Ritz London and its excellent staff has received various awards from international award-winning bodies, such as the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, the Conde Nast Traveller, and the Craft Guild of Chefs. This award-winning performance has spilled over into the Ritz Club’s own restaurant, which, headed by chef Kristian Kurn, provides patrons with a feast fit for a king.
Only the finest seasonal produce sourced from artisan suppliers is used in the restaurant, ensuring that every meal crafted in the kitchen is of the best quality. The chefs of the Ritz Club’s restaurant prepare immaculate Chinese, Thai, Indian and Middle Eastern dishes and serve wine of all vintages.

The club’s bar also serves as an excellent place for intimate gatherings, with a smoking terrace where patrons can lounge as they smoke artisan cigars and sip on vintage wines.
Entertainment and events
Because the club’s Amber Room has appeared in so many scenes from pop culture, ranging from Bond movies to musical album launches, many celebrities and influential people often visit it. Johnny Depp has famously claimed that the Ritz Club is one of his favourite clubs in London. To this day, many special events are held in the Ritz Club’s Amber Room, as well as in the club’s bar.
Smart casual – sports attires and trainers are not permitted on any part of the club or hotel. Men are expected to be dressed to the nines in a suit and tie at all occasions, with the exception of the restaurants at breakfast, where they are expected to at least wear jeans. However, at lunch and dinner services, men are expected to wear suits in accordance with the dress code.
A Life Membership fee of £1,000 is charged to those who wish to become guests of the Club. One can apply for membership by personal appearance at the club, or by contacting the membership secretary. An online application form can also be downloaded and brought to the club once filled out. Successful applicants must then present a valid photo ID to the receptionist upon first visit to the club.
